Kubernetes Community Day Kochi — Years of Persistence, One Incredible Day

Back in the early 2020s, we started CNCG Kochi alongside AWS User Group Kochi with a clear intent — build a strong meetup culture and create a platform for learning and knowledge sharing.

KCD Kochi was always on our wishlist. But instead of rushing, we focused on the fundamentals — consistent in-person meetups, growing the community from scratch, and earning trust.

As the community grew, we made a commitment: bring Kubernetes Community Day to Kochi.

That’s when reality hit — it wasn’t easy.

For 3 consecutive years, we pushed to make KCD Kochi happen under the official CNCF umbrella. And finally, last weekend — we delivered.

By the Numbers

  • 400+ registrations
  • 170+ CFPs
  • 40+ speakers
  • 3 community mixers
  • 7 sponsors
  • 7+ community partners
  • 6+ vendors

This wasn’t just an event. It was the outcome of years of persistence, collaboration, and community effort.

Proud. Grateful. Just getting started.
